1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkgame ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pkgame.cam and all associated services, content, and functionality offered therein.

pkgame is an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform targeting Pakistani users. The Platform covers cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and live casino topics with PKR display and a mobile-first experience. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pkgame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the relevant license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity and sound mind, capable of entering into a binding legal agreement.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address and payment method is permitted.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform or any associated service.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during and after registration. Any false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Registration & Account Management

Upon completing the registration process, you will be required to provide personal information including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held within them, and possible permanent exclusion from the Platform.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activities conducted under your Account — whether authorised by you or not — are your responsibility. You must notify pkgame support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pkgame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method where required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or withdrawal restriction.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations and these Terms. The following general use conditions apply:

• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any area of the Platform, its servers, databases or connected systems.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts or any other software to access, monitor or interact with the Platform without prior written consent.
• You will not use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its servers or the experience of other users.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• You will not reproduce, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit any content, data or materials from the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.
• You will comply with all anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will not use the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.

pkgame reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these Terms and to suspend or terminate any Account found to be in breach, without prior notice where urgent action is required.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change without prior notice — always verify current figures in the live cashier.

7 Withdrawals

The following key conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms:

• Wagering / Rollover: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms (e.g., 30× the bonus amount).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A per-bet cap applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this cap — typically set at PKR 1,000 per bet — may void the bonus. Check the specific promotion for the applicable limit.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport or game type. Where specific rules are not stated on the Platform, pkgame's general betting rules apply.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

pkgame reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a technical error affected odds presentation; (b) a market was offered in error; (c) there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) the applicable rules of the sport or event render the bet invalid.

9.2 Cricket & Sports Markets

Cricket betting markets including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments are subject to the specific rules of each competition and the Platform's cricket betting rules. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC or any team are made as sports context only — pkgame claims no official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC or any associated entity.

9.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets operate under accelerated conditions. Odds change rapidly in response to match events. It is the User's responsibility to confirm the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed. pkgame is not liable for bet acceptance at outdated odds where a technical delay affected the displayed price.

9.4 Casino & Live Casino

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures provided by the relevant game software supplier. The Platform's published RTP (Return to Player) information for specific games is sourced from the game provider and is indicative only.

10 Responsible Gambling

pkgame is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides access to the following player protection tools through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps to manage spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others to circumvent the single-account policy.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkgame Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, data compilations, software and documentation — is the property of pkgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkgame and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.

pkgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

pkgame shall not be held liable for any losses arising from: (a) the User's failure to comply with these Terms; (b) technical failures outside pkgame's reasonable control; (c) changes in applicable law affecting the User's ability to access the Platform; or (d) any third-party payment provider's conduct, fees or availability.

14 Termination & Account Closure

pkgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) illegal activity has occurred; (c) the Account poses a fraud, AML or regulatory risk; or (d) the applicable license jurisdiction requires it.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. If you close your Account while a bonus wagering requirement is active, the bonus and any winnings attributable to it will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary Account closure will be returned to you via a payment method consistent with your deposit history, subject to KYC completion.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkgame is licensed and operated. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

For users in Pakistan: You are accessing this Platform as an individual and acknowledge that Pakistani law may impose restrictions on online gambling activity. pkgame makes no representation that its services are lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. 16 Amendments to These Terms

pkgame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
